Scope of the bonus terms

Ffbet offers promotions that are governed by these bonus terms and by any offer‑specific conditions published for a promotion. Participation in any bonus means you accept these terms as well as any applicable promotion rules.

Eligibility and account integrity

• Bonuses are available to new and eligible returning players in accordance with these terms, subject to country restrictions.
• Promotions are strictly limited to one bonus per person, per household, per home address, per email address, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Any detected duplication may result in withdrawal of the bonus and forfeiture of winnings.
• Players from Sweden, Poland and Finland are not eligible to receive bonuses or participate in promotional programs.
• All bonuses are added in UTC time; promotional windows commence and expire according to UTC.
• Bonuses may be conditional on account verification and/or other eligibility checks.

Verification and documentation

Ffbet may require verification of identity, address and payment details prior to activating a bonus or processing withdrawals. Acceptable verification may include government‑issued identification, a recent utility bill or official document, and proof of payment method used for the relevant bonus. If verification is not completed to the operator’s satisfaction, the bonus may be withheld or cancelled and related winnings may be forfeited.

Bonus mechanics and wagering requirements

Bonuses are issued as bonus funds or free spins and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fulfilled, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering for a bonus or the result of free spins must be completed at a rate of 40 times the total bonus amount and/or free spin value credited. Wagering contributions apply as follows unless a promotion states otherwise: slots generally contribute fully; table games contribute a reduced percentage; and some games may be excluded from wagering. The operator may set a per‑bet cap during wagering (see below).

• Bonuses are non‑sticky; you cannot convert bonus funds to cash until wagering requirements are satisfied.

Notwithstanding any bonuses, you may withdraw your real‑money deposits before completing wagering, but any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Validity, expiry and cancellation

Bonus funds and free spins have defined lifespans. In general, the bonus balance must be wagered within 14 days of receipt, and free spins typically have activation and result‑duration periods defined per offer (for example, seven days for activation and three days for spin results). If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, bonus funds and related winnings expire and are forfeited. Bonuses may be automatically cancelled if the account balance reaches zero or if the offer terms are otherwise breached.

Withdrawal limits and cap on winnings

The operator imposes withdrawal limits that may apply to bonus activity. The maximum withdrawal amount processed per week is 10,000 EUR and per month is 30,000 EUR unless a specific promotion states otherwise. The maximum winnings payable from any free spins bonus is capped (e.g., amounts in the local currency equivalent as specified by the offer). Bonus stacking, exclusivity and cancellation rights

Changes to terms and governing law

Ffbet reserves the right to amend or add terms at any time. Updates apply to promotions from the date of publication unless stated otherwise. Opting out and non‑participation

Players may opt out of promotional offers at any time. Opting out does not affect existing real money balances or ongoing non‑promotion transactions; it simply prevents the player from receiving new promotional offers until consent is re‑established.
