Scope and Purpose
The Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer Policy of Ffbet governs the prevention of money laundering, financing of terrorism and related financial crime in connection with the provision of Ffbet online gaming, payment services and account management. It applies to all customers, transactions and activities conducted on or through the Ffbet platforms and operates in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Regulatory Framework and Licensing
Ffbet is incorporated under the laws of Curaçao and is licensed and regulated by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. This policy implements the applicable anti money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements under Curaçao law and international standards, and shall be interpreted consistently with the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Know Your Customer and Identity Verification
Ffbet applies a risk‑based KYC regime consisting of three due diligence levels: Simplified Due Diligence for extremely low risk, Customer Due Diligence as the standard, and Enhanced Due Diligence for high risk scenarios or unusual activity. Verification is a prerequisite for certain transactions and for the continued availability of services.
- Documentation required typically includes proof of identity (government issued photo ID), proof of address (bank statement or utility bill), and a clear selfie showing the user with the ID document to confirm identity.
- Additional information may be requested to establish the source of funds and source of wealth where required by risk assessment or regulatory obligations.
- Electronic verification will be attempted first; if electronic verification cannot be completed, the user must provide the requested documents within 72 hours of a request, failing which access to certain services may be restricted.
Age verification is mandatory. A user must be at least 18 years old to use Ffbet services. If verification confirms a user is under the legal age, winnings shall be forfeited and the account may be closed. The identity verification process may be performed by a third-party service provider compliant with applicable law, and may be supplemented by ongoing monitoring of the user’s activity.
Data Privacy and Use of Information
All information provided for KYC and ongoing compliance purposes, together with transaction data, is processed in accordance with Ffbet Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By accepting the Terms and using the services, the user consents to the collection, use and sharing of personal data for AML/CFT purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
Geographic Restrictions and Sanctions
Ffbet may restrict access to its services in jurisdictions where prohibited by law or regulatory sanctions. Access from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited and Ffbet reserves the right to geo-block or suspend accounts and transactions as required by applicable law or regulator demands.
Anti-Money Laundering Controls and Transaction Monitoring
Ffbet maintains ongoing monitoring of customer activity and transactions to detect unusual or suspicious patterns. The monitoring applies real-time controls over deposits, withdrawals and transfers and includes predefined red flags. Where activity is deemed suspicious or non-compliant, Ffbet may pause or block transactions and report the matter to the competent authorities in accordance with law. Ffbet cooperates fully with regulators and law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law.
Enhanced Due Diligence
When red flags are identified or where high risk is determined, Ffbet conducts Enhanced Due Diligence. EDD may require additional identification details, verification of residence, and a detailed assessment of the source of funds and wealth. Verification may involve supplemental documentation and third-party verification in accordance with regulatory allowances.
- Full legal name and country of citizenship;

Record Keeping and Data Retention
Ffbet maintains records of customer identities, verification documents, risk assessments and transactional data for the period required by applicable law. Records are retained in secure systems and are available to regulators and auditors as permitted by law.
Suspension, Termination and Customer Remedies
Ffbet may suspend or terminate a user’s access or halt payments if there is a reasonable suspicion of illicit activity, failure to comply with KYC requirements, or any breach of applicable laws or regulatory obligations. The user may have remedies and rights as provided by applicable law and the Terms and Conditions.
Disclosure and Cooperation
Ffbet may disclose account and transaction information to regulatory authorities, financial institutions and other third parties as required by law or by a regulator in connection with an investigation of suspected illicit activity or as otherwise permitted by the Privacy Policy.
